Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online Store Terms

Our Products and Custom Artwork

Pawfolio Art creates custom pet products, including portraits, canvas prints, mugs, blankets, pillows, clothing, stuffed animals, and other personalized gifts. Because our products are made using the photo, name, style choices, size choices, and other details you provide, each custom item is made specifically for that order.

We do our best to show product colors, sizes, frames, materials, and artwork styles clearly and accurately. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, fabric texture, print surfaces, hand-finishing, or other normal manufacturing differences.

Product availability, descriptions, prices, promotions, and shipping estimates may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

Pet Photos, Names, and Customer Content

When you upload a pet photo, pet name, or other order details, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content. You grant Pawfolio Art and our production partners a limited right to use the content you provide for the purpose of creating, reviewing, producing, fulfilling, and supporting your custom order.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, invasive of another person's privacy, or infringing on another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.

If the photo you upload is unclear, too small, heavily cropped, or otherwise unsuitable for production, we may contact you for a replacement photo or additional information. This may affect production time.

Artwork Proofs and Approval

For products that include an artwork proof, we aim to email your proof within the timeframe described on the product page. Proof timing is an estimate and may vary based on order volume, photo quality, product type, and production queue.

You are responsible for reviewing your proof carefully, including artwork, spelling, pet name, layout, background, size, and product choices. Once you approve a proof, or if production begins according to the process described on the product page or in our emails, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information. We may use the email address, shipping address, and phone number provided at checkout to contact you about your order, proof, shipping, or customer support request.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, incorrectly priced, or placed by resellers or unauthorized distributors. If we cancel or change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because custom products are made specifically for you, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy and the product-specific information shown on our website.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@pawfolioart.com. Once artwork or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product type, production time, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or needs to be changed after an order is placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once production or shipping has begun.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges that may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
