Yes. We can create portraits with up to 4 pets in one artwork. Go to Pet Portraits and choose the option that matches the number of pets you want included: 1 Pet, 2 Pets, 3 Pets, or 4 Pets.

Yes. We will send you a custom proof about 1-2 days after you place your order. You can request edits, and we will only print your portrait after you are happy with the artwork.

Clear, front-facing photos work best. Natural light, eye-level angles, and an uncropped face help us create a cleaner final portrait. If there is any issue with your photo, we will contact you by email before production.

No. We can work with many pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, and other animals, as long as the photo is clear.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Every shipment is fully tracked once it leaves production.

Because each Pawfolio Art product is custom-made from your pet photo, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind after production begins. Your artwork is created personally for you and your pet.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a production issue, please email support@pawfolioart.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and help with a replacement or another appropriate solution.

We want you to feel completely happy with your custom artwork before it goes to print.

When your portrait proof is ready, we will send it to you by email. You will have 3 days to approve the proof or send us your requested edits. If we do not hear back within 3 days, the proof will be treated as approved and your order will move into printing.

Revision requests are free, and we are happy to keep refining the artwork until it feels right for you before production begins.

USA: We estimate delivery within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

International orders: We estimate delivery within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

We offer free global shipping on orders over $70.

For orders under $70, standard shipping is $10 to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe.

For the rest of the world, standard shipping is $17.

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number and delivery updates by email once your order leaves production.

Because our products are custom-made, we begin preparing each order soon after it is placed.

To request a cancellation, email support@pawfolioart.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, we may not be able to cancel the order because artwork or production may already be in progress.

We always try to ship items together when possible. Occasionally, one item in your order may finish production earlier and ship separately so it can reach you sooner. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
