Shipping policy

Because Pawfolio Art products are custom made from your pet photo, each order takes time to create, proof, produce, and ship.

Artwork Proofing

For custom artwork products, we send an artwork proof by email within 48 hours after your order is placed.

You have 3 days to approve the proof or request edits. If we do not hear back within 3 days, we will treat the proof as approved and move your order into production.

Revision requests are free before production begins.

Shipping Times

USA: We estimate delivery within 5-10 business days. During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

International orders: We estimate delivery within 5-10 business days. During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Cost

We offer free global shipping on orders over $70.

USA: For orders under $70, standard shipping is $10.

International orders: For orders under $70, standard shipping is $10 to Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe. For the rest of the world, standard shipping is $17.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number and delivery updates by email once your order leaves production.

Priority Artwork Option

If you choose a priority artwork or express option at checkout, this moves your pet photo ahead in our artwork and production queue. It does not speed up the courier's delivery time after the package has shipped.

Address or Photo Changes

Please check your shipping address and uploaded pet photo carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, email us at support@pawfolioart.com as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as your order has not shipped yet.

If the new address changes the shipping cost, we may send you an invoice for the difference before continuing with your order.

Uploaded pet photos can only be changed before artwork begins. Once our artist has started working on your proof, we may not be able to replace the submitted photo.

Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to military addresses. If a military address is entered at checkout, we will contact you by email to request an alternative shipping address.
